Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Food Order Hub provides a SaaS platform for digital ordering for restaurants ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("Partner", "You") access to and use of the Service.

* "SaaS" - Stands for Software as a Service.The software is not purchased and installed on the customer's computer (as traditionally done with a CD).

2. Description of Service

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• A digital ordering system (professional touchscreen and smartphone orders via QR code).
• A free forever website automatically generated for your restaurant.
• A Live Monitor Dashboard to view order status ("In Preparation"/"Ready").
• A Complete Administration Panel to manage orders, product catalog, and access.
• Smart Automation and Advanced Analytics features.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

• Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial with all features included. No credit card required for activation.
• Subscription Activation: After 30 days, if satisfied, the Service continues automatically at a cost of €9.90 per month (or €19.90 for the PRO plan) as a contribution to advertising and technical maintenance costs. The website remains free forever.
• No Commitment: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for the current month.
• The Website Remains Free Forever: The website remains free forever within our platform. Customers can view it and place orders; however, order management is not possible without activating a subscription.

4. Partner Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws (including GDPR for customer data protection).
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and maintain password security.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Food Order Hub shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

Food Order Hub owns all intellectual property rights to the Service, software, design, and logos. The Partner retains ownership of their data (menu, product images, customer data). You grant Food Order Hub a limited license to use such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Changes to Terms and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian laws. The competent court is that of [Company Headquarters City].
